Grants
The costs associated with evaluation, delivery, treatment, long-term travel or relocation, and extended care for a CDH baby can be shocking to those receiving a CDH diagnosis for the first time.
To ensure the best possible care for your child, Tiny Hero provides grants specifically to assist families that have been newly diagnosed with CDH to help with the costs incurred by travel or relocation to an area with an appropriate CDH specialist.
Funds may be used for costs such as travel expenses (airfare, gas, hotels, rental cars, etc.) or supplies needed while away from home.
Grants
Tiny Hero awards grants of up to $1,000 based on review of applicant’s submitted responses. Awarded grants will be prioritize based on need, due date, and availability of funds. Before applying for a grant, please review the following guidelines to ensure that you meet the criteria:

A confirmation letter regarding the CDH diagnosis must be included.
You may apply for a grant between the date of receiving a diagnosis of CDH by a licensed professional and the date of delivery.
Grant is intended for individuals that must travel to seek care from licensed medical professionals, specializing in the treatment of CDH.
All requests must be submitted via our Grant Application Form, found below. No emails or physical letters will be accepted.
Only ONE grant per pregnancy. Any resubmitted or duplicated requests or applications with falsified information will be removed from our waitlist.
Applications will be reviewed within 14 days. You will be notified via email when a decision has been made.
