Houston Run for CDH
Join us for the Houston Run for CDH at Rice University and be part of a meaningful morning of movement and hope. Whether you run the timed 5K or walk the 1-mile Fun Run, every step helps raise awareness and support for families affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH).
Start and finish on the Rice football field, earn your medal, and celebrate knowing your participation is making a real difference. Together, we run for our Tiny Heroes and hope!

Registration
Includes parking, race bib, finisher medal, event t-shirt, and post-race food.
Shirt cutoff date is April 8, 2026.
